Crowne Plaza Antalya By Ihg Hotel

I chose this hotel for a workshop due to its flexible, state-of-the-art meeting rooms and found the hotel concierge desk exceptionally helpful with my business service needs. The conference facilities were impeccable, and the staff made the business aspect of my trip seamless.

I would have appreciated a faster internet connection in the meeting rooms to facilitate smoother communication and presentation during the workshop.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the cute and always helpful staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities, the great breakfast selection, and the hotel's wonderful location just across the beach and near the city center.

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza in Antalya. The hotel had a beautiful outdoor pool with direct access to the beach through a tunnel. The variety of breakfast food was outstanding, and we loved sitting outside to enjoy our meals. The spa facilities were amazing, especially the Turkish bath, sauna, steam bath, and Russian banya. The room service tortellini was delicious, and the massages were top-notch. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views of the beach and mountains, along with delicious meals. The staff, including Noora, Battal, and Rim, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We felt like VIPs during our stay at the Crowne Plaza in Antalya and had no reason to complain.

Loved my nice stay at this hotel. The airport was 21 minutes drive from the place.

Ideal and fairly clean hotel, liked it. I was there for 12 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant with the best viewing and food you could possibly experience.

This hotel was a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, including the spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and jacuzzi. We enjoyed the beach access, with its stunning views and body scrub treatments. the staff provided live entertainment, full body massages, and beauty treatments, all in a relaxing spa lounge.

The only minor issue was intermittent wifi; however, our private facilities were truly exceptional.

Convenient hotel, clean.

Staff and location are perfect, I really enjoyed extremely comfy bed. It is nestled in a good area not far from downtown as well as the sea.

The private pool and beach area were a great addition to our romantic escape. We loved being able to relax and enjoy the sun without the crowds. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a wide variety of options, making it easy to find something to suit our tastes. The hotel's location was perfect, with local shops just a short walk away and plenty of dining options on the main strip.

The room was quite dated and had a strong musty smell, quite unpleasant. There was also a lack of entertainment options at the hotel, made our evenings a bit dull.

Had relaxing stay at this time, the staff were superbly friendly, location was beautiful and right in front of the beach. My buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful, appreciated its service.

Fairly clean and newly renovated hotel, absolutely perfect location very near to the beach. Well-equipped and non-smoking room with proper balconies, excellent co-operating staff.

The Old Town Harbour offers breathtaking sea views and a wide selection of boat tour activities, providing a fantastic experience for both kids and adults. Additionally, the hotel holds no responsibility for services at Konyaalti Public Beach, which means families can enjoy the beach without any worries.

My wife says that more child-friendly entertainment options would be great for families with children.

Thanks to welcoming staff the entire hotel was clean. The pool was very clean and the views were magnificent. Besides, parking was available on-site.

Rooms provide stunning sea views, and come with private sauna and Jacuzzi facilities. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner menus offer a wide variety of delicious options. Helpful and friendly staff. Perfect for couples or families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I had a relaxing stay at a well-maintained hotel with good amenities. The hamam and sauna were highlights and the complimentary towels and cold flannels were appreciated.

The hotel is located right by the sea, with a direct entrance to the beach. There is even an under tunnel to cross over to the beautiful beach. The rooms are nice and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Noora, Rim, and Battal. The food is tasty, with a good mix of local and international cuisine. The outdoor swimming pool is a great bonus.

The cleaning service leaves much to be desired. It seems like they barely cleaned the rooms and other common areas.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff, particularly Miss Ceren at reception, Miss Noor from Guest Relations, Mr Batal, and Miss Rim, were all amazing and made our stay comfortable. The hotel had a fine view and the beach was close by. The amenities were good and the hotel felt safe at night. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at a hotel located right on the beach. The location was unbeatable - just a short walk to the nearest subway station or bus stop, and close to an area bustling with activity. The breakfast was delicious and the service was truly top-notch. We loved the comfortable room, pristine bathroom, and spectacular view. The facilities were excellent, including a spa and private tunnel to the beach. We were impressed by the attentiveness of the wait staff in the restaurant.

The breakfast was good with many varieties of dishes and cuisines. The hotel was located within walking distance to restaurants and shops, making it convenient for us to explore the area. I always choose this hotel. Staff helped me with early check-in. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need - Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, fitness studio, indoor and outdoor pools, spa treatments. Coming back for Christmas!

The narrow, historic streets of Kaleici were a delightful maze of bustling shops and cozy cafes. It felt like wandering through a scene from a historical movie, with the mosque towering above the rustic architecture. Exploring these streets was like stepping into a time machine, immersing myself in the rich history of the area.

Furniture not contemporary.

Enjoyed the breathtaking views at rooftop restaurant and watched the sunset. Relaxing in the spa was heavenly. The staff was so helpful, I could tell they were trained to perfection.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful experience of having to wait 45 minutes for a sandwich. Brilliant!
